
Fit Ball Classes
The fitball is used for exercise that challenges your muscles in new ways helping to strengthen and build up the "core" muscles in the body, eg abdominals, back, buttocks & thighs, which stabilise and play a major role in maintaining good posture, which is so important if we are spending much of our working life in a sitting position.
It requires a lot more energy to perform our various daily activities if our posture is out of alignment or there is muscle imbalance in the body. Muscle imbalance can often be attributed to our sedentary lifestyle, where muscles can become weak and lazy, which in turn can create stress, wear and tear on the joints.
In these fun and dynamic classes we show you how to use the Fitball as a means of strengthening your body, improving your posture and giving you an enhanced energy and mobility.
