Donna-Marie is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer with almost 10 years in the health and fitness industry. Her variety of experience over the years identified a gap in the market, and as a result, Fuse Fitness Studio Concept was born. A unique, functional, fun training environment, different to any other.
As a Personal Trainer, Donna-Marie incorporates a vast knowledge of weight training and core strengthening. Her training utilizes a wide array of approaches and styles, based on her philosophy that the body should move naturally, with constant core involvement and needs well rounded and ever progressing demands.
Her educational and training experience includes Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 In Fitness, Senior First Aid, Boxing & Sparring Techniques, including Advance Instructor Course in Boxing from Thump Australia, Pilates Mat Work, Aerobic training, TRX Suspension Training, Fit ball techniques, Strength Instruction and Dynamic Circuit Training. Donna-Marie also has a Certificate in Weight Management.
And now Zumba qualified and registered for both Zumba and Zumbatomic (Zumba for the little kids) soooo much fun to be had by all in a Zumba class.

Being a mother of two and trying to get back into shape is what motivated me to get into the Fitness Industry. Helping people find and achieve their goals is what I love to do. I am looking forward to working with you to fuse your mind and body"

Being an unfit and overweight 48 yo, I was expecting to have issues with my ability to keep up with the (personal training) program. However, Erick has ensured that I got pushed hard , but not too hard, which allows me to progress with my fitness at a rate that I was not expecting & was quicker than I anticipated.
