Fuse Fitness Studio understands the need for options and variety in your fitness activities.
Our "Train with Friends" program is where you and up to 5 of your friends, family or work mates join us for an exercise class of your choice at a time that suits you. You also get to choose from our growing selection of classes. (Yes... that's right, finally the class you want at the time you want).
Train with Friends is a awesome stand alone option or a great way to get frequency and regularity with your training.
Each class is lead by a Certified Fitness Professional, sessions are designed to include Stretching (to increase flexibility and prevent injuries), strength training and muscle toning ( the more lean muscle you have the more calories your will burn), and cardiovascular conditioning (to increase the amount of fat and calories you burn during your day).
Classes change as you advance, so your body does not get a chance to adapt and reach a plateau.
...above all, our Train with Friends program is a about FUN!!!!
You can structure your Train with Friends package to include 1 or an assortment of the following Fitness activities;
• Pilates
• Fitball
• Dynamic Circuit
• Boxing
• Bootcamp
• TRX Suspension Training
• Zumba Fitness Classes
"Train with Friends" has 1 set cost for the class split between your group.
Group Training is for everyone, no matter your fitness level or age. It's a smart affordable way to achieve the results you want and have fun with friends at the same time.
With our small group setting your trainer will give you constant technique monitoring, motivation and an increased commitment to your workout. You will be motivated to push yourself to keep up a steady pace of training with your friends.
We believe you will work out harder, more consistently and efficiently than you would on your own.
Once we have your application forms completed, and your 1st class paid for, your time slot will be confirmed for the next 8 weeks.
