This is a very cost effective and popular method of personal training. It's great to exercise with a friend or family member, with all of the benefits of one on one, while sharing the costs. (Plus you can motivate each other, even outside of training)

Train with Friends
This is where 3-6 friends can exercise together. Your group chooses the class you want from our selection of classes in your own time slot and have the privacy of an exclusive Train with Friends Session.
The class choices are a great way to get frequency and regularity with your training in a very cost effective way as there is 1 set cost for the class split between your group. Groups are designed to be fun and motivating. Numbers in the groups can vary from 3 to 6 people.

School Sports and Fitness Programs
Strong believers that it's never to early to develop a good health and fitness philosophy, the Fuse Team are also qualified Children's Fitness Instructors.

Corporate Training
Fuse Corporate Fitness is a highly motivating and fun experience. Our trainers will train your employees before work, lunch break or in the evenings we can come to you or in a local park if available or you can come to our premises. We will challenge all aspects of your health and bring the fun back to the work place. Statistics show that participating in group physical activities will not only improve your employee’s health but will be relayed into your works productivity. Team morale will improve, the office will come alive after the sessions and employees stress levels decrease. We have several different sessions available including boot camp style, boxing and Pilates interval circuits, and team games. All equipment will be supplied. Sessions will be on regardless of weather.
