1-on-1 training allows the trainer to focus solely on the you. It ensures that you receive the motivation, education, guidance you need to achieve your goals.
All Personal Trainer sessions are fully tailored to meet your needs and allows the flexibility to make immediate changes to ensure continued effectiveness.

I have been doing the circuit training and its my absolute favorite!!!
I get bored really easily and dont like the normal gym stuff. I hated the cardio machines at the gym I was going to. Donna-Marie and Erick showed me I can do Twenty different exercises and hit all my body part, lose weight and burn a tone of calories with out sitting on the treadmill for an hour I said "WHERE DO I SIGN UP!!!!"
I have been doing them now for a few months still excited and enjoying them and the weight is coming off, I am so happy here at Fuse I may never leave.
